Processing Time
Processing time usually takes 2–3 business days from the time the order is placed.
(Processing does NOT mean shipping time; it refers to the time required to pack and prepare your order.)
Processing takes place from Saturday to Thursday.
Orders are not processed on Fridays, weekends, or major official holidays in Egypt.
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an order confirmation email including your order details and tracking number.
